Track expiry dates by batch. See what's expiring, what it's worth, and sell oldest stock first.
Your store tracks how many units you have, but not when they expire. If you sell food, supplements, cosmetics, or anything with a use-by date, that gap becomes write-offs and expired orders. Datima records expiry dates per batch, the way stock actually arrives. When an order ships, the earliest-expiring batch is deducted first, so your numbers stay true as you sell. A dashboard shows what expires within 7, 30, and 90 days and what it is worth, so you can discount or rotate stock in time.
- Track expiry dates and quantities per batch, with lot codes and bin locations
- Sales deduct from the earliest-expiring batch; refunds restore that batch
- Dashboard of at-risk stock and its value across 7, 30, and 90 day windows
- CSV import starts pre-filled with your products; export everything anytime
- Set or shift dates in bulk, and show expiry dates in your theme
