We are just getting started with dropshipping but have a brick and mortar store where we sell Dear-Lover. The setup was fast and easy. The app has most of the items we sell in our brick and mortar store allowing us to order sizes and styles for customers in-store as well as online. Very user friendly and straightforward pricing structure. I would highly recommend this app and brand to anyone who values service and quality.

I have several orders that are messed up and not importing over to Dear Lover so can not get them fulfilled and customer service is not responding! Beware of using them! Update: they have still not responded to me and I have messaged them multiple times! I still have several orders to customers that have not gone out for 20 days ago! Using these products could ultimately cause a store to have a bad reputation of not fulfilling!

But I am sorry about the problem that you met.

1. Can you please check again and confirm that your store did had connectted with our store?
2. If the connection is ok, then are the state of those orders paid? Only paid order will be synced to our site.
3. If those orders are all been paid, but didn't been synced to our site, they might be the products of the orders are out of stock. Can you please send me your store link? Then I could let our technical person check what is going on about the orders which not been synced to our site automatically.

I added this app and was excited to add some new products to my store. I was having issues using it on my phone, so I just tried assessing it from my laptop and my virus scanner popped up with 3 different scam warnings.
