We have had consistently positive experiences with the app. While there may be some functionality improvements that could enhance the daily order management experience, the outstanding and service-oriented customer support team more than makes up for any minor deficiencies. We are confident that the app will continue to evolve and improve, and we recommend it with confidence.

Tracking inventory is not good.

Amazing clothing and service. I chose Sophia because if we had a baby girl, that was going to be her name. But we had a boy. So I thought it was a good choice. I have had nothing but wonderful service from Sophia. The shipping isn’t terrible and the prices are amazing! You really can’t beat this company!

Have not done drop shipping yet - but I want to start it. I have been working with crystal for months now & she has been a tremendous help to me & my team! I love working with her! She is always available & does exactly what I need!!

I was told to leave a 5-star review and left a 4-star because the customer service representative seemed nice even though I wasn't quite familiar with the store. NO REWARD WAS GIVEN as promised ( this was 6 months ago. Should have bought something before putting them on site).
However, after receiving a return photo from my customer, I felt so embarrassed that this was the quality of products I had been selling to my customers (I thank God that most of my customers didn't buy from this supplier). There were no defects, however, the product looked very old, giving a thrift store feel. I honestly would have returned the product myself if I were the customer.
Right now, I have offered my customer a Free product just to make up for this embarrassment.

The return process was awful as there's no way to return unless you ask for permission. They have a 3-day return policy which is NOT posted on the website, I had to google it. Plus they took 5 days to respond, only to tell me that I do not qualify for a return or a refund because there was no defect. Didn't take into consideration how CHEAP their product was.

If quality is most important for your business, I'll suggest that you BE AWARE of this cheap site. Most of these good reviews are not real, they ask people to write them for a reward. BE CAREFUL this may hurt your business. They have A LOT IMPROVEMENTS TO DO.

Crystal is amazing! I have had several technical issues and she is always fast efficient and so kind in helping me. I was hesitant to work with a large oversease company but Crystal has made it so easy.
