תוויות המשלוח לא עובדות בכלל, כל החבילות שלי הסתובבו ברחבי הארץ במשך שבועות ואז הוחזרו אלי. האפליקציה הזו עלתה לי הרבה כסף בהחזרים שהייתי צריך לעשות.
נקודות האיסוף לא כוללות את כל המידע (כמו מספר נקודת האיסוף) וזה טרחה.
אין תמיכה, כל פעם שביקשתי עזרה, לא יכלו או לא יכלו לעזור לי בכלל.
אכזבה גדולה, יש להסיר מחנות האפליקציות.

The shipping labels don't work at all, all of my packages went around the country for weeks and then were returned to me. This app has cost me a lot of money in refunds that I had to do.
The pick up points don't have all of the information included (like the pick up point number) which is a hassle.
There is no support, every time I asked for help, they wouldn't or couldn't help me at all.
A big disappointment. It should be removed from the app store.
