Deliverlitics is an invaluable tool for protecting against fraud orders on our Shopify store. It effectively identifies suspicious transactions before they are processed, saving us both time and money. The app's advanced fraud detection algorithms catch orders that might otherwise slip through the cracks. By preventing fraudulent shipments, Deliverlitics helps reduce chargebacks and potential losses. Overall, it's an essential app for any store looking to improve security and streamline operations within Customer Support. - Trevor - Co-Founder @ SHITI Coolers
With the holiday season in full swing, porch piracy is rampant. Deliverlitics is the weapon that keeps my order safe from thieves. I'm delighted I jumped on board with them early on and the peace of mind I end with everyday makes business less stressful.
I never leave reviews for apps and probably never will again but this one is worth it. We launched last November and getting out ahead of stolen packages and customer claims and/or delivery fraud wasn't actually top of mind with everything we had going on as a new small eCommerce business. Luckily we haven't had the misfortune of learning the hard way up until this point, but after a friend recommended this app, my hope is we never will. I had no idea this technology existed. Best interface. Super intuitive - especially for someone who's easily frustrated by backend design. Consider this another brick in the foundation. Highly recommend.
Great app that is a huge help against porch pirates. Highly recommend
ShopPay has helped us prevent most of our credit card fraud claims, but the issue of delivery fraud - people claiming 'Item Not Received" - that's always been a blind spot. Excited to reap the benefits of more insights to combat delivery fraud before it occurs.
There's nothing worse than loosing money/product to porch pirates or bad actors claiming "they didn't get their package".
Having a heads up and being able to mitigate it before shipping a package is a game changer!
Finally. Someone has begun to crack the code on delivery fraud. Well done.
