THE WORST APP !!
-The app is not loading on the page of the website 30% of the time and allows clients to checkout without choosing the date, which leads to lost orders, and you can't even add the order date afterwards when manually find it in all the other orders.
-The service team is rude and at the end, they even threatened me to harm my back end Shopify Store while they had access there! Of ...
This app is a mess and the support is not helpful either, they treat you like an idiot sometimes. The app fails every week on different sides making our business to lose money. We are testing other apps to replace this mess
I will need to feedback after using it few months time, sometimes the app crashes and didn't able to load in the checkout page, then it affected the whole checkout process!
This is a very big risk to a store. Please fix the bug immediately.
This app never works properly. We have it scheduled for two days ahead, and people can't order up to 5 days ahead which is detrimental to our business.
If there is an option to rate negative 5 stars, I would definitely go for it.
Reason - worst customer service ever.
What happened - I sent an email regarding the possibility to customise the app to suit my need which is exactly the same as Aussie Meat.com (one of the clients in their porfolio). They returned me saying a separate app need to be developed for this functionality at a cost of $1200. ...
I couldn't get the calendar showing on product page and despite back and forth, it seems like my requests/questions have fallen on deaf ears. Their customer service is atrocious. Emailed them "calendar still not showing", the reply was pretty much "we have implemented the code". I have paid for the ultimate version during trial period so I wanted to get it working, but in the end I GAVE UP.
App does not load at all and support emails go unanswered! Do not risk your store with this app. Looks like all positive reviews are fake. Will pursue for a refund.
No useful at all, and they don't allow a free trial. I believe that the other reviews are fake. I just tried it, paid the first month and I am going to uninstall
