Great app; it does exactly what it is supposed to do with the possibility to create profiles and customize the widget.
5 star support, too. The developer was quick to respond when I reached out for an issue and kept me updated on the progress while he was fixing it.

This delivery estimation app is Excellent. Very easy and simple to setup. Works very well. Shows estimated dates just like Etsy. Perfect!

You advertised that we can add 10 delivery profiles but I only created 4 delivery profiles and only can apply them to 10 products?
This is not a good advertising. You should say that on the free plan you only can have 10 products applied to the delivery profiles.
It's very said because I enjoyed the app but I will not pay for this.

The app is only for free, when used with 10 products or less. Very misleading and unacceptable policy

95% of our 1000+ stores use Delivery Estimation on less than 10 products so I'm not sure what part of it would be unacceptable?

Great app with great support! I had some issues with functionality and contacted the developer about it. Not only he replied in a day, he also went right there to fix it. We also talked about some other features I wish to see in the app and currently, they are in the works!

Good app, does excactly what is promised, customizable and looks pretty great!
Only thing that I would like to add - an option to select shippins by regions(Europe, North America, South America etc).

Customer support is great! I had an issue on my site with the custom processing time not saving correctly. The support team responded to my email within minutes and had the issue resolved within 2 days. One note is that the processing time and delivery time do not add like the widget on Etsy. I am also a seller on Etsy and the configuration is not the same as setting shipping profiles on Etsy. Processing time and delivery time are both calculated from today's date (and not added together) with this app. This is a little unintuitive for me. However, it is easy to work around by setting the shipping time slightly longer, so the date range shown is after the processing time date range.
