Keval (who is the founder of this app) has been very helpful with support and even developed a new feature for me based on a specific niche issue I needed help solving in my shop. The original app wasn't quite providing what I needed, but I reached out and he offered to create something to solve my issue and it worked! I'm really impressed with the customer service, technical skill, and dedicated work Keval has offered. Well worth the price.
