Set the days you deliver, a cutoff time, lead time and blackout dates, then override any of it per product, collection or tag. Cap how many orders a day can take, and checkout refuses an order once that day is full instead of overbooking it. See each day's orders grouped by pickup and delivery, and print a kitchen ticket for any order.
