10 out of 5-star support team :D The app has some small rough spots that puts it in the 4- to 5-star rating, but the support team polishes those right out! I needed some functionality that wasn't implemented and BOOM. Pieces of it were implemented nearly overnight. The pieces that are taking more time? Their support staff are MANUALLY IMPLEMENTING for me while they develop it programmatically. Absolutely insane level of care.

Pricing.AI has some very potent apps to use. This one adjusts pricing based on your inventory level or sales. If you have high volume and/or high volatility (I'm in a collectibles market where prices can shift rapidly) then this app will do WONDERS for you.

We have been using the Demand-Based Pricing app by Pricing.AI for a few weeks now and it made a meaningful difference to how we manage pricing at LiLLBUD. As a brand that often sees demand spikes during seasonal launches, we were looking for a way to avoid manually updating prices while still making sure we weren’t leaving money on the table.
