They never answer customer service! Each time you updating your theme you will lost all of the settings and related section! Never recommend this app!
Hi there, we have sent you multiple emails to resolve this issue for you, but unfortunately we haven't been granted collaborator access to your store. Shopify has a technical limitation where custom sections do not automatically carry over if your theme.liquid has been edited. However, we are happy to migrate your sections over to the updated theme free of charge.
