Wow!

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I thought this one deserved it.

I’m still in the process of setting up my Shopify store, so I haven’t officially launched yet. I installed DeskWired because I wanted to see what options were available before opening, and I’ve been pleasantly surprised.

The interface is clean and easy to figure out, and it doesn’t feel overwhelming like some of the other helpdesk apps I tried. I especially like that everything seems focused around customer conversations rather than making me click through endless menus.

I obviously haven’t used it with real customers yet, so I can’t comment on long-term reliability, but from what I’ve seen so far, it’s left a really good first impression. If the experience stays like this after launch, I can definitely see myself sticking with it.
