I just went back and forth with a bunch of digital download apps for Shopify. This LINKCASE app I believe is the best. I really do appreciate that they have a free version where you only pay when you make sales. That is bar far the best. I hope they continue to develop and improve!!
Not only does the Kable app allow for customization other digital download apps do not, the tech support is superb. We ran into a slight issue when setting up physical items that had digital components, and tech support solved our issue in a matter of hours. Not only that, they were friendly and positive while doing so. The app is well worth the cost and makes it much easier to share content with customers. I would recommend Kable to anyone looking to branch out into digital items!
I’m a musician and using the app for music and pdf downloads. The downloads are immediately visible on the order page when the customer purchases. An email also goes out instantly to the customer with their downloads. The speed of downloading is super fast. The set up, to add digital products, or to add digital products to physical products, is easy and straightforward. The support is really good and swift to answer queries. All in all, thrilled with it.
