This is a superb app developed and supported by a diligent, communicative, and professional team. I started working with this app when it was called "Unboxing." I was looking for an app that could provide digital support for Certificate of Authenticity functionality that is often absent from the POD space. Producing COA packages for POD products is not as "obviously simple" as it sounds. So, I went looking for software, preferably a Shopify app, that could reduce the amount of manual work that a COA could require. I found Unboxing. I really liked the framework, and how the developers intended it to support a variety of different products (not just POD). So, I began testing it and gave feedback. The developers responded immediately, and made significant architectural improvements. Eventually, it morphed into Product Portal, and it is a very nice "cherry on top" bit of professionalism for our POD offering. We love it. Thanks!
