We installed this app just before last Black Friday period and it worked flawlessly. The dev team are very responsive if I've had any questions. We'd planned to only use it during sales periods but since then we've setup a lot of other discounts, upsell offers by the use of codes. Great app.
The app offers the functionality we need that Shopify's out-of-the-box discounts don’t. I’ve worked with Aaron a few times, and he has been very responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable.
Aaron was super helpful making sure that we will have support during the busy Holiday season. We have been using Discount Genie for a few months and have always been able to get a response quickly. Would recommend to anyone that needs this type of app!
This is the premier discounting app in the app store bar none. The team is the most responsive and supportive you will find. If you have complex discount scenarios or you used to rely on Shopify's script discount app which is now deprecated, you need Discount Genie.
There are a lot of apps out there that want to charge you an insane amount for very few features, but Discount Genie has everything we've wanted and need and more! Aaron has been extremely helpful in getting us set up, and keeping us in the loop when features they were working on had come out that originally sold us. I'd recommend this app to anybody who is looking to upgrade their discount and coupon usage for their store!
