Keeps giving 'Loading Failed' error or when it doesn't, it shows all discounts as having zero effect. What the heck is wrong? I'm losing customers and income! This must be fixed ASAP or I uninstall this app and ask for refund.

We appreciate any feedback that helps us but you have not yet replied to our open ticket from today or shared any links that could help us identify the cause. Since this is the first report we had, it would really help to get more infos to help you out! We are waiting currently for store access, a preview link to a theme copy or any information, that could help us solve your issues.
