Can you imagine!! I spent months working on my store and I was ready to launch. Their app wasn't working and I tried to fix the bug by following what their instructional video advised. Guess what happened!!! MY WHOLE STORE DISAPPEARED!!!! ALL OF IT!! AND THERE IS NO ONE AVAILABLE TO HELP!!!!1. I DON'T EVEN WANT TO GIVE ONE STAR!!

I uninstalled this App before my trial period ends and They still Charged me. This is Really s Fraud. Don't Install this app at all. I am Doing my bit to get this message to as many people as possible through the Communities I manage.

Firstly, there are MANY bugs with the app. Customer support is horrible. They did not respond to me after several days, so I had to send out a second email (for a VERY important issue/bug that needed to be resolved urgently). They finally responded but failed to resolve the issue. I uninstalled their app and will never download their products again. Also, SNEAKY pricing. They charge you based on the type of shopify plan you have. They never even mention their pricing tables, you have to dig that up yourself. Horrible vendor and terrible customer support + bad app with too many bugs. Avoid this junk. I promise you that you won't have a great experience. Not sure why shopify even allows them on here still...

Support for this app is a total disaster. Never in my life have I encountered such an unprofessional and ignorant approach to the customer. Support does not listen to customers, they pretend that the problem has been solved and do not write back. I pay for a subscription, and when I had a problem that prevented me from opening the store, support ignored it, did not write back. I had to change to another app. I do not recommend the app, bad treatment of customers, waste of time and money.
