The app just doesn't work. Doesn't show up in the checkout page. First contacted Shopify customer service, they said that everything was OK from their end, and then, when contacted Dlocal customer support, they even gave me the response that an admin from shopify payments was to blame, and is not their fault (?¿) and the only solution that they gave me is to unistall the app and installed again, spoiler alert, didn't work.
BTW; I have in their account, money from years ago that I never withraw, that already tried twice, and the money never appear in my bank accont.
