The app was very helpful for our team to create discounts that combine shipping with other product discounts. The set up was very simple and I had my first promo code created within minutes. When things got a little advanced in the logic I needed, I contacted their customer support and was able to jump on a call to get things figured out within a few minutes.

Overall, the best experience I've had with customer support on any app so far!

We recently migrated from BigCommerce to Shopify, and one of the biggest gaps we ran into was promotions.
