Excellent app with genuinely outstanding support

We’ve been using Dori AI Assistant on our ShopWithA2B Shopify store and have been really impressed with both the functionality and the team behind it.

During our website accessibility testing, we identified several improvements that would make the chat experience better for customers using screen readers and keyboards.

Yasin and the Dori team took our feedback seriously, implemented the improvements directly into the app and confirmed everything clearly, without requiring us to modify our Shopify theme.

It’s refreshing to work with developers who genuinely listen to merchants and care about accessibility and customer experience.
