We’ve been using Dori as an AI chat widget on our Shopify store and we’re honestly very happy with it. The setup was easy, and what impressed us the most is how well the AI understands our catalog.
We have a huge amount of products in our store, but Dori still manages to know the products really well and gives customers helpful answers and recommendations. It makes it much easier for visitors to find what they’re looking for, especially when they don’t know the exact product name or need help choosing.
The chat feels natural, the product search works well, and it adds real value to the customer experience. On top of that, the support is great. They respond quickly, are friendly, and actually help you get things set up properly.
Definitely recommended for Shopify stores with a large product range that want better AI search, product recommendations, and customer support.

I’m really happy with Dori so far. After I installed the app, their team reached out to me directly and made sure my agent was set up the way I wanted and matched my store properly.
Product Pal has been really helpful for my customers. It answers their questions, helps them feel more confident before buying, recommends products based on what they need, and guides them toward purchase in a smooth and natural way.
I also like that the team sends me useful insights through DM, which helps me understand my customers better.

Dori is an excellent AI app — very responsive, intelligent, and smart. It learns well, offers multiple useful features, and is easy to use. The support team is great, attentive, quick and always helpful. I have been using it for some time and I see new features applied contineously. The smartest AI chatbot I have tried yet. The funcionality and AI answers are good, I cannot tell its not human. App has also great support that can solve any issues and custom requests.

It is one of the best apps on the Shopify App Store. Before installing it, I tried many other apps, but none of them met all my requirements except this one. It does not require manual syncing with your store. This app is a very helpful sales assistant that solves customer queries efficiently. Besides that, the Dori team has excellent coordination with users. They contacted me first. You can directly contact them through WhatsApp to fix any issues quickly.

Really excellent app, with a super responsive developer team. It's a newer app, so there's been a few minor (not at all deal-breaking) bugs that I've encountered, but the developer team has been super quick to fix all the minor issues I've ran into, as well as implementing several feature requests I've made.
The Dori chatbot is pretty smart, and the app's capability to add info to its knowledge-base and FAQ is pretty robust. I was initially worried because my products are pretty technical (I sell VERY niche hobby products in a VERY niche hobby), but after giving it enough data in its knowledge-base it actually answers questions about my products quite well -- maybe not AS good as me, the store owner, but honestly better than I'd expect most humans to answer questions even if trained.
Also you can get the bot fully configured and do test conversations on it without adding it to your live store. So no need to launch the bot until you think it's 100% ready, which I appreciate.
Editing to add, as my original review was left after just a week of use (it is now 4.5 months later): Still very pleased with this app. Their dev team continues to impress.
