Schneller, freundlicher und kompetenter Service wenn man mal ein Problem hat.
Die App selbst erspart viel Arbeit, einfach Bestellungen auswählen und eine Packliste und die fertigen Etiketten werden erzeugt. Spart viel Arbeitszeit.

Das Team bietet ein 1a Service. Sie antworten immer sehr schnell auf Anfragen und kümmern sich darum, dass Probleme gelöst. Wenn nötig, dann setzen sie sich auch direkt mit ihren DPD Ansprechpartnern in Verbindung um den Kunden zu helfen.
Mit der app geht das Erstellen der Labels richtig flott und reibungslos. Nur die Zustellung der Packete zu den Kunden scheint nicht immer reibungslos zu funktionieren! Aber das liegt nicht an der dpd app.
This app is fine. Works without getting stuck.
- Sometimes, it doesnt take the address correctly from Shopify. Always needs to review address before creating shipment.
- Labels older than 14 days not available to view. Thats crazy. We need labels atleast 2 months old.
