It also cross-references a customer's details against other orders (e.g. in a case a customer is trying to mask their identity with a fake name but same postal address). New order > the app checks the customer's name, email, phone, and address against your register > if there's a match, your staff get an alert before dispatching the order (so no false positives).

Since owning a dress hire business, I’ve been looking for years for an app like this, and I’m so glad something like it finally exists.
It’s a game changer for hire businesses. One of the biggest challenges we face is customers returning items late and then continuing to place new bookings without any visibility of their previous behaviour.
