I use Drip for all my email needs and it's a real lifesaver to have this app so I don't have to mess around with code to have the integration up and running! I haven't had any issues with the connection after using it for several months and my emails are looking better than ever.

I can't believe how easy Drip integration with Shopify is. Truly makes my work so much more effective. And it seems like they keep trying to improve it along the way. The best.

Beste email marketing tool so far. Tried so many tools from Germany but none of them was smooth like drip. Very easy and huge possibilities through the workflows and rules which you can create.

Drip freaking rules. Beautiful integration. Absolutely no issues at all with getting Shopify and Drip to work perfectly together. Drip also has the best customer service of literally any company I've ever experienced.

We’ve been using Drip for a while now, and it’s been great to watch their evolution from just email to an ecommerce CRM. They’ve helped us way beyond sending emails. Drip collects all sorts of data, then helps us get to know our customers and what they want so we can bring them an experience like they’d get at our brick-and-mortar stores. Love Drip, love working with their team, and can’t wait to see what they do next.

Drip is a comprehensive email marketing platform which is very easy to use. I found it easy to import a customer list, and to set up workflows, including abandoned cart emails and welcome emails for new subscribers. Drip has great customer service, too!

This is the most impressive email marketing tool I have used....and I have used them all. The segmentation powers are wonderful, the email builder is elegant and easy and most important, it is powerful. The tool syncs really well with Shopify and gives some great insight to customers.

Now, that being said...one HUGE thing is missing. Customer Tags do not sync. That is a shame and would be one needed improvement. Putting that aside, Drip is where it is at.

Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements.
