Update: Customer service is responsive, but not really helpful with my issue. The on-site popups integration steps with Shopify are incorrect, since the release of the new theme options. I reached out to customer service, but they told me to reach out to Shopify for help. I'm not happy with that response. The integration process needs vast improvements.
zero on-boarding after the sale, so if you are good with figuring it out on your own go for it. I hear really good things so I'll keep pushing forward. It's been very frustrating.
