Shoppers join from the product page and wait in a paced line. When admitted, they claim one item; the claim travels to the cart as a signed token, and a cart validation Function blocks checkout without one. The control room shows waiting, claims, conversions, and sold-out items live. A waitlist captures demand when the drop is full.
