Yes, there are issues sometimes, like in any other operations heavy business. However, what makes them stand apart is that inspite of challeneges, they keep the communication open and ongoing to find a resolution. A solution oriented approach that doesnt hide behind excuses is what gets them my vote. Special mention to our KAM Sakshi for putting up with our 24x7 demands and thriving for excellence in delivery.
no orders syncing. no manual order adding coz well, NOT SYNCING. Very hard to understand and troubleshoot. Bad online video walkthrough support
