Keep getting errors when trying to load a URL of product from Alibaba when it clearly states you can from Alibaba. you can only import data using URL. USELESS, no email from Account Manager as point of contact w/issues as stated. I want my money back

Doesn't work. Errors when trying to load a url. It has one function and that function is to import data from a url.
