I'm sorry this is how things have gone so far. Not being able to get the features working, and then feeling like you couldn't reach anyone when you needed help, is genuinely not the experience we want anyone to have. There's a chat inside the Atlas app where our AI can help troubleshoot right away, and you can reach our team by chat and email as well, but if that wasn't easy to find in the moment, that's on us to fix.

On the billing: free trials can still run up usage charges, and depending on timing Shopify may not have processed the charge yet on their end. I've emailed you directly so I can look at exactly what happened and get this sorted for you right away

Having to go searching for a way to reach us isn't okay, and we do try to make our support line easy to find. There's a chat inside the Atlas app where our AI can help with troubleshooting right away, our agents are online throughout the day on weekdays, and our email coverage runs 7 days a week.
