I am not finding joy on dropstore, products don’t sync to Shopify. Stay away, I’m paying R599 for nothing, cancelling my subscription end of the month. Frustration after frustration.
This app, installed it on my shopify store, and paid for it and it doesnt work. Try to push items it says system failure contact administrator.
Very unhappy beter ways to spent 200 rands
This app does not integrate with my Shopify store and when I add a product to my import list it does not register on my Shopify. I can see that I am not the only one with this problem, and I can see that it has been going on for quite a while with no replies or attempts to fix this issue. I don't recommend this app and have to say I am extremally displeased with the way the developers have set it out.
I paid a subscription all of a sudden dropstore is not compatible hebaaaan what nonsense is this

Please do not use this supplier if you want your business to grow. Firstly, their support service is very poor, and they take weeks to reply to emails. They owe me R999 which they promised to refund since the 20 November 2023. Till now I am still waiting. They also failed to fulfill two orders I placed on their platform. Amount R720 on the 07/12/23 and R620 on the 09/12/23 they then send an email promising to refund since they failed, till now I am still waiting for the refunds. when I sent them emails, they don't reply. Instead of replying to my emails they cancelled my Pro-plan which I paid for on the 11/12/23 worth the amount of R599. really what is this? are you also going to refund it or not? This is poor service to the core, and it is disrespecting. I wish Shopify could remove them from the list of dropshipping suppliers. PLEASE DO NOT USE DROPSTORE. @DROPSTORE KINDLY ADVISE ON WHEN I WILL GET MY REFUNDS. We are really frustrated, and we need help or advice from anyone who can assist. Support service not helping, and they do not have contact numbers.
Today is the 11/01/2024 since I submitted the above review, as an update to the whole world, till now I didn't receive my refunds from this company Dropstore. I have been waiting for so long. sending emails to them but there is no action taken. I will now involve third parties even take them to the media if I do not get any assistance.
Please everyone out there do not use Dropstore if you want to grow your business.

I would like to give an update since we last post this review. Today is the 27/01/2024. DROPSTORE still did not refund us. we are very much disappointed, and we are currently taking this matter to our lawyers now. we have been patient enough since last year thinking that they will deal with this matter professionally, but they failed. what they normally do is to send emails keep promising to process the funds but no action. I wander who is the owner of this company. He/She has no respect to the company and its customers. Entrepreneurs PLEASE DO NOT USE DROPSTORE FOR DROPSHIPPING LOOK FOR OTHER RELIABLE SUPPLIERSTHAT WILL GIVE YOU GREAT SERVICE. @DROPSTORE CAN YOU PLEASE ADVISE US WHEN YOU WILL REFUND US.
