Really terrible interface. Once you select a plan, it is impossible to cancel and they keep charging you.

Hi, thanks for sharing this and sorry for the confusion. Uninstalling the app cancels the subscription automatically through Shopify and no charges are created after that. The charge you saw was for a billing cycle that started two days before you uninstalled, and in good faith we refunded it in full as soon as you got in touch.
