EagleLytics ‑ Supplier Sync

I've been really impressed with EagleLytics! Managing an online business comes with enough challenges, and keeping up with supplier inventory and product availability can be a headache. EagleLytics helps take that burden off my shoulders by automatically monitoring supplier stock levels and pricing and keeping my store updated.

We’ve run Sound Solutions Audio since 2006 and carry a deep car audio catalog: subwoofers, amps, speakers, high-output alternators, XS Power batteries, sound deadening and more, from brands like American Bass, DC Audio, Orion, Mechman and Second Skin alongside our own SSA line. A big share of that catalog ships from our suppliers, so keeping their stock and pricing accurate on our store used to be a constant chore. We were checking supplier sites by hand and catching oversells after the fact, then telling a customer the amp they ordered was already gone. Between chargeback fees and refund fees, overselling was costing us up to $2,000 a month.

We’ve been on EagleLytics since the app launched, and today every one of our suppliers runs through it. Setup was the easiest part. There were no API keys to request from anyone. We pasted in each supplier’s URL, matched their items to our products, and stock was pulling on the first sync.

What has worked best for us:

Overselling is gone. Since moving all our suppliers onto EagleLytics we have not oversold a single item, and the chargeback and refund fees that came with it are gone too.
Stock stays in sync across every supplier. When a supplier sells out of a sub or an alternator, it goes out of stock on our site. When they restock, it comes back, without anyone touching it.
Price changes follow the supplier. Car audio pricing moves often. We see updates on our store instead of discovering them on an invoice.
New catalog alerts. We’ve caught new releases from our suppliers and listed them earlier than we would have on our own.
It stays out of our orders. We still fulfil directly with each supplier exactly as before. The app only keeps the data honest.

At $139 a month, the app will pay for itself in the first week. Support has been responsive whenever we’ve reached out.
