Great app with great service provided, there are a few niggles like every other app but support are quick to help and add any suggestions to future updates. I am very impressed and glad I switched from the original box builder app I was using before
I am so impressed and grateful for the customer service and tech team on this app. I setup my Shopify store back in 2014 and have an original theme on my website that I love, but it makes customization extremely difficult. The tech team was fantastic and put the work in to make it possible for me to utilize this app and not change my website theme. When they finished it, they provided me detailed instructions including snapshots and a video so I would know exactly what needs to be done to create more customizable products in the future using this app. The customer service team and the tech team were very responsive and pleasant. I am super impressed, I love the app and its capabilties, and am very grateful to them for taking the time and effort to help me with this. I highly recommend this app.
