I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome. More than 5* if possible, for Easify and Anne.
It’s an excellent app for creating amazing box offers. I mainly installed it for the “buy any X for X price” type of offer, and it’s been working perfectly. Also, I’ve never seen better customer support in any other app. They took my issue seriously, made every effort to resolve it, and kept me updated throughout. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

Great app with a great support team! I had some design requests that needed some code and the team quickly came in and added everything for me. I'm impressed on how much this app has to offer, especially for being a FREE app - you cannot ask for anything else!

I’ve been setting up the Easify Box app for my Shopify store and it’s been a great experience so far. The app itself works smoothly and does exactly what I needed. I ran into a small issue during setup, but their customer service team was incredibly responsive and helpful. The support rep quickly understood the problem and guided me step-by-step until everything was working perfectly. It’s rare to find such attentive and friendly support these days — they truly care about their users’ success. Highly recommend both the app and their amazing team!
We have been Easify customers for a year, with the Easify Options, Easify Inventory Sync and Easify Box Builder triage. We are extremely happy with the super responsive customer service, which will go above and beyond to provide support, listen to feedback and create customizations when possible. Well thought out app. It lets you make any bundle you like. I especially love the visual editor. It makes it incredibly easy to build a page and shape it in the style of your store.

A+++++. I'm not sure there is any better app for Shopify than this app. The app is amazing, the support is amazing, the endless customization options are amazing. They obviously understand shoppers, and how they shop, and understand how to make life easy for Shopify store owners to set up. It wasn't totally intuitive, and I couldn't reuse the link from a previous product that didn't have the option to select a mix, but... Liv was excellent in communicating and helped me until we got everything working and I understood how Easify generates a "box."
