Great app with great service provided, there are a few niggles like every other app but support are quick to help and add any suggestions to future updates. I am very impressed and glad I switched from the original box builder app I was using before
Really enjoy using Easify Box Builder, it has helped me with having complex stores. Also the 24/7 Live Chat is super helpful, Liv helped me immensely when I had a problem.
The Support team is very fast at responding, giving detailed answers even to the most trivial questions! I worked with Alice last time and was absolutely satisfied with her accurate help. Love the app—it's easy to use and lets me create awesome products with just a few clicks here and there! :)
It was a learning curve to understand the box and the build, but the 24/7 help made it so much easier. I'm happy to customize our box further as we go along, for now we have a working product!
Update: In the end, this has cost us a fair amount of time and money so the frustration is still there. However support/devs do seem to care quite a bit, so I'm hopeful the app will improve over time.

Cons:
- Very poor UX (ie. incredibly difficult to navigate, menus within menus)
- LOTS of bugs
- Have now spent 3x 12 hr days in aggregate to setup/investigate, almost entirely due to bugs
- Our box just randomly stopped working (adds to cart, but does not apply discount). Support said someone will work on it. No update after 5 hrs, upon my follow up i was told we'll get an update 24-48hrs. This is a blocking bug, yet no support.
- They change random things like IDs without telling you so any custom things on your own theme may stop working without notice.
- All dev support is in the Chinese time zone (ie. critical issues won't be resolved in a timely manner unless that is where you're located)
- Many cosmetic customizations are inaccessible, and many of the customizations through their UI do not work, or just randomly stop working after a few edits in their UI.
Pros:
- They are very responsive "24/7" via chat, but the chat is just there to tell you that someone will work on it in 24-48 hrs
Very easy to set up. I had an issue with the quantity restrictions I had set for a bundle, but the 24/7 live chat showed me the setting that I had wrong and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend.
Mari was great in helping me with another setup mistake I made.
I was struggling with using Easify and had several issues I needed help with. I was able to chat with Mari. Mari was just fantastic; she understood the problem and not only solved it, but clearly explained why it was happening.
She was patient, and Mari thoroughly knows how Easify products work, and it was such a great help. I have made progress in getting all my bundles working.

I'm really enjoying the app and I'm excited to be able to offer bundles to my customers, I love that the discounts can be automated based on how many items they add to the bundle without needing to go to a new page and it overrides the original product price without any issues.
When contacting support Anne was very friendly but unfortunately initially wasn't able to help fix my issue with applying a first purchase discount to products in the box (or the box itself) however after a bit of back and forth and help from others in the team the issue was solved.
The app wasn't as intuitive as I hoped and I ran into some issues, but Liv was amazing! After a brief waiting period, and I mean less than 2 minutes, she jumped right in and found the issue and got it fixed for me. I'm truly grateful for a very cool app and outstanding customer service. Thank you again Liv, you're a life saver!
