The Easify Box Bundle Builder has provided the perfect solution for our Pocket Promise shop. This was our first time creating a Shopify site and the first app that we needed to integrate and configure. Even as a first-time creator, the app was straightforward to install, customize and integrate into our shop. Recently we ran into an issue with a mobile display and, using their built-in chat feature, the Easify team was EXTREMELY responsive and helpful. They quickly recognized the issue and implemented a solution within hours. We highly recommend this awesome tool.

Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

I wanted an app so my customers can configure their own DIY-box with crafting supplies to make their own earrings. I use bundles in my box and that causes some issues in the checkout. I contacted support using the chat. Fast reply. The developer found the issue and solved the problem. What a service !!!

Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward).

We used Easify Box Bundle Builder to create a custom Grain Bill builder for our store, where customers can select different grains, choose quantities, and build their own grain bill with specific conditions.

The app has been very useful for setting up a more customised shopping experience that Shopify could not handle easily on its own. It gave us the flexibility we needed to create a proper bundle-style product flow.

I am so impressed and grateful for the customer service and tech team on this app. I setup my Shopify store back in 2014 and have an original theme on my website that I love, but it makes customization extremely difficult. The tech team was fantastic and put the work in to make it possible for me to utilize this app and not change my website theme. When they finished it, they provided me detailed instructions including snapshots and a video so I would know exactly what needs to be done to create more customizable products in the future using this app. The customer service team and the tech team were very responsive and pleasant.
