Very good app. Easy to navigate and use. Also excellent customer support, very friendly and I appreciate the service they provide in auditing boxes you have created and suggesting ways to improve and sell more goods.

We wanted to give our customers the option to create their own box and choose exactly what they wanted, and this app has made it really easy to set up.

The builder is simple for customers to use, looks great on our store and gives us a lot of flexibility with how we create our boxes and offers.

It was also really easy to get started, which is a big plus when you're running a small business and don't want to spend hours trying to figure out an app.

Would definitely recommend it if you're looking for a straightforward Build Your Own Box solution.

I was able to set up most of the app by myself and the AI included. They were prompt in answering the last few issues I had with setup. I have yet to make a sale using this system.

Very easy to implement and love the amount of customisation I had while building a page out. There were some changes I wanted to make that I couldn't see options for, but the Easify team were very responsive and able to make all of the changes I requested.

I found this app a bit fiddly to set up initially, but it has been working well once I mastered it. I ran into an issue where if a customer tried to add two boxes to their cart, the discount didn't apply properly - but when I reached out to the support team, they resolved the problem within a day. Great service, can't fault the team.

Terrific app - super easy to install and use. Took about an hour and we were up and running. A few weeks in we got a Shopify alert that an Easify order couldn't be processed and Suzy was super responsive in researching the issue. (It turned out someone added over 150 items to a cart - most likely a bot).

Wasted so much time trying out other apps only to find out Easify does exactly what I wanted for free (until you reach a sales threshold)! I now have a fully functional tiered discount box on my website which matches the rest of my branding (this took a moment to set up, but was overall pretty straightforward).

I wanted an app so my customers can configure their own DIY-box with crafting supplies to make their own earrings. I use bundles in my box and that causes some issues in the checkout. I contacted support using the chat. Fast reply. The developer found the issue and solved the problem. What a service !!!
