Great app with great service provided, there are a few niggles like every other app but support are quick to help and add any suggestions to future updates. I am very impressed and glad I switched from the original box builder app I was using before

It was a learning curve to understand the box and the build, but the 24/7 help made it so much easier. I'm happy to customize our box further as we go along, for now we have a working product!

I was having problems with getting my first Box live on my website, so I tried the 24/7 support link in the Box Bundle App, expecting it to be a useless Bot. Pleasant surprise, it was a real person, Anne, even at 10p.m. on Saturday, and she sorted out my issues really quickly. Super impressive. And the Easify Box Bundle Builder is awesome. More than 5* if possible, for Easify and Anne.

It’s an excellent app for creating amazing box offers. I mainly installed it for the “buy any X for X price” type of offer, and it’s been working perfectly. Also, I’ve never seen better customer support in any other app. They took my issue seriously, made every effort to resolve it, and kept me updated throughout. If there were an option to give more than 5 stars, I definitely would!

I was struggling with using Easify and had several issues I needed help with. I was able to chat with Mari. Mari was just fantastic; she understood the problem and not only solved it, but clearly explained why it was happening.
She was patient, and Mari thoroughly knows how Easify products work, and it was such a great help. I have made progress in getting all my bundles working.
5 Stars because of Mari. Thank you, Mari.

This issue was affecting my store setup for a few days, but the way your team investigated it, requested proper access, and fixed everything step-by-step was really appreciated.
