We were a little worried before rolling out a big download for the first time and as the very first thing we do with this app. It could not have gone better. The downloads were rock solid and we had zero customer support tickets about it. It's also worth mentioning that the developer offers incredible support. Very responsive and accommodating, which makes us feel like it was a great choice to trust their solution for our brand. Short version: get it. The peace of mind is worth every penny.

This app was just what I needed! Axel was great at putting it all together in an easy-to-follow manner. With this app, I sell a self-help program for hyperhidrosis. This app allowed me to put my audio, pdf files, and an introductory video together for sale as a digital download. It works smoothly and I am very happy. Thank you, Axel.

This application works incredibly well. Intuitive and easy to set up, very responsive customer service, and works... I haven't had customers not getting their downloads, if there are issues it's on the customers side not the app side.
The ability to limit number of times the customer can download a file, but I have the admin ability to over ride and reset the download count when a customer is having problems on their end. I was able to figure out how to do this without needing a tutorial or to reach out for support...
Well done app.

Works perfectly so far. It also worked perfectly in our case where we had manual payments without creditcards. In this case, you will simply get the download/license key after our team marks a order as paid. Works perfectly!

Anyone selling digital deliverables should have this app. EDP does exactly what it's supposed to do and the support is ASTOUNDING! I've tried numerous apps that take a lot of tinkering to work right, and this is the first one that actually has a fantastic user interface. I was able to get our digital store going in literally 10 minutes, and as we update files switching them out is very quick and easy. And support is fantastic. I've asked Axel several questions to make sure I'm doing something right and even put in a feature request and he's been super quick to respond and very helpful for my organization. I wish every app was as fantastic as this one.
