I've been working with EDP for a week now and think the app is very clear and easy to set up. The display on our thank you page overlapped with another app, which is why I contacted support. Support responded quickly and my request was processed within 10 minutes. A clear recommendation if you want to offer digital products.

I like it and it's easy to use
Product works well, relatively easy to set up and Axel has been extremely helpful throughout.
I have used EDP for a long time and it really helped me out in selling license keys for digital products. I can upload my own license keys and set prices for each duration in an intuitive way. I recommend you using this if you have similar needs as me.

I'm in total agreement with everyone else in the reviews. It's pretty rare to find any plugin, app, or service that actually consistently works! But Axel is clearly super-attentive to making sure everything is running smoothly. I've had two instances where I needed a little guidance from and Axel was super responsive and helpful in both instances. No kidding, I actually sleep better and night knowing I'm not going to wake up to some buggy issues a customer has run into (used it happen all the time with other download solutions!)

The app works great, but more importantly Axel is extremely responsive and helpful. I've run into a couple of issues during the years I've been using this EDP, and both times he was quick to respond and he even stuck with me for a number of weeks as we worked with Shopify to resolve an odd and very specific issue I was experiencing. Highly recommended!
