Excellent customer service from Axel, allowing customisation of the gift card template to our own design in a short time frame

It was super easy to design a personalized gift card and have the option to send card directly to recipient with a message! The team checked in to make sure everything looked great and was working well. I am so happy with this app!

Great app and fantastic support ! Exactly the app I needed for our gift cards (easy to use, customer friendly, attractive)

Just installed the app and tested it out.
First impressions : App set up in a minute with it's very easy user interface ! Support is really quick and responsive ! The app resolves our main problem, which is sending the gift card directly to the recipient, and this app is doing exactly that ! 5/5 Recommend !!!!
App says free but actually costs $50-300/month with percentage commissions - which you find out after installing. Bait and switch, there is nothing in the App Store that states this. Waste of time.
Update:
The app developer was above & beyond in his explanation, and did clarify the pricing later on. There was nothing nefarious involved, and I appreciated the personal message.
Hi, so sorry for the miscommunication.
We do our best to let people know early and often that our app is free for the holiday season. This is followed by the statement at we will resume charging for iziGift in mid-January.
That said, you will not be charged automatically. You have to accept that you are ok with this charge in mid-January before we charge you one cent.
Either way, I understand your complaint and I am again sorry that we had this miscommunication. If there is anything we can do as a company to make it up to you please let me know. I will also work on making this free trial program more explicit in our language moving forward or potentially remove it together.
