HORRIBLE APP. We've tried to create a bulk campaign to send to our clients, the setup guide were not clear so we've had to reach out to their "customer service", which is basically the CEO doing this on his phone. He did confirmed that his guides were not clear, so he had to manually create the campaign for us as the his setup could not do it. Once the campaign was set up, he disappeared and we realised that out of 500+ emails that were supposed to be sent, only 168 were sent. It took about 3 hours with customer service to set this up, and once we realised that the campaign did not worked, he was nowhere to be found. He says it was out of business hours, so could not help. We've had to manually create the campaign and send 500+ gift cards manually. Don't use this app, it does not work, and customer service is the worst. We've been using more than 400 apps for our store and we rarely leave review. When the products don't work, we will encourage our fellow business owners to use something else, as there's a lot of apps our there.

I sincerely apologize that your experience with our app didn’t meet your expectations. As a business owner, my top priority is to ensure that every user has a smooth and positive experience.

That being said, I’d like to provide some context for anyone reading this review.

You mentioned that our customer service was horrible and that we refused to assist you outside of business hours. In reality, our customer support team had already finished for the day when you reached out at 10 PM EST. Despite this, I personally stepped in while at a Valentine’s Day dinner to assist you (my wife is a saint). That’s the level of commitment we bring to our customers.

Additionally, you expressed concerns about our documentation. When I personally reviewed your set up from using our documentation, I found that everything was correctly set up according to the provided instructions. That said, I understand that you were not sure if this was the case so I left the dinner to help make sure everything was right for you.

Honestly… what was disappointing was the way you threatened to leave a negative review, despite our best efforts to go above and beyond for you. Looking into your review history, I noticed that this is the eighth one star review you have left out of the nine apps you’ve reviewed.  We welcome constructive criticism and are always looking for ways to improve our app. However, we also believe in fairness and this did not feel fair.

All of this said, we are still always here to help you. From our records all of the emails were sent from our app to Klaviyo. As mentioned in chat, we were not able to see your Klaviyo interface due to not having the permissions.  If you still would like us to look into it we are here.

We have also refunded all of your payments to us. We are in this to make money but first by making customers happy. Since you are not happy we thought this was the least we could do.
