app does what it says, has ome issues with product showing add to cart if searched from search bar, also can not have more than one button in place of add to cart such as, pre-order, enquire now, coming soon....

At first it was very good but the service is down most of the time lately and when it's down, then the quote option is removed from your website and you lose money. They also can't do basic things like offering a checkbox to subscribe to newsletters while you're getting your quote.

You will only receive around 85% of the quotes to your inbox, the other 15% aren't sent as an email to you for whatever reason so you constantly have to check their web interface.

You can't setup auto-replies per item or anything like.

I've used the service agents twice, the first time upon setting the app up and again whilst using the app. Both times the agents have been very helpful and have done everything the could do to solve the issues. My 2nd issue was unable to be resolved, however I do believe they will probably develop a solution. Even though my issue wasn't resolved, I'm still very happy with the app and how easy it is to use.

Customer service replies fast but does not fix anything in a timely matter. I have been waiting for them to simply move the "Quote" button as my theme doesn't allow the method as documented. Its been over 8 days and still hasn't been fixed.

I had initial problems with getting a reply from the developers. Their first reply to my request must have disappeared into the ether. However, when I chased up they replied straight away and my issue was solved quickly and efficiently. Thanks very much.

I would recommend this app for anyone that has a store with products that requires a "Request Quote" function. It is very simple to use, the online support is amazing, and they are very quick to respond.
