Having some minor issues ('add to cart' button still showing). Chat has been helpful and has escalated it to the dev team. We shall wait and see if this can be resolved.

At first it was very good but the service is down most of the time lately and when it's down, then the quote option is removed from your website and you lose money. They also can't do basic things like offering a checkbox to subscribe to newsletters while you're getting your quote.

You will only receive around 85% of the quotes to your inbox, the other 15% aren't sent as an email to you for whatever reason so you constantly have to check their web interface.

You can't setup auto-replies per item or anything like.
