Easy Subscriptions App

We recently made the switch to Easy Subs for our coffee subscription business, and I'm so glad we did! It works with Shopify perfectly, and is very straightforward to set up. But most importantly, the support team is phenomenal. I needed to rely on them quite a bit for some of the trickier accounts to migrate and the team has been so responsive and helpful. I feel like they're part of my own team!

Easy Subscriptions has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The app makes it easy to set up and manage subscription products while giving customers flexibility to choose their preferred delivery frequency and manage their subscriptions.

App is easy to use and has many options, even at the Starter level (only gets better as you grow). Best part is the fantastic customer service - very prompt response, patiently answered all my questions, and worked with me to figure out how to achieve the specific things I was looking for (including some out-of-the-box thinking). Very efficient and quick-thinking- a pleasure to work with. My business model is subscription-centric, so it was important to get this part correct. Look forward to working with them as the business changes and grows.

I've been using this app for subscriptions for a few months and I'm honestly blown away by the level of support offered by the team here. Nothing is any trouble for them - from set up, to ongoing / ad hoc questions I have, they are incredibly responsive and provide very detailed instructions (along with helpful screenshots - ideal for a technophobe like me). I also really appreciate their willingness to work with smaller stores like mine. The app was easy to set up and they offered plenty of help with this. Since then, the subscription feature has brought in additional sales for me so I'm really pleased. Amazing team to work with. Always going the extra mile. I own a subscription based business and spent 5 years and $500,000 on my first website full custom build. The day came when I met the easysubs team and they changed everything. I scrapped the old site and allowed them to build me a site that put the other site to shame. We switched to Easy Subscriptions App after struggling with another app that was overcomplicated. Setup took us under an hour and we had our first subscription plan live the same day. The build a box feature has been a hit with our customers, and the self-service portal means way fewer "how do I pause my order" emails landing in our inbox. Ryan has been quick and actually helpful every time we've reached out. Really glad we made the switch.
