I've been using this app for subscriptions for a few months and I'm honestly blown away by the level of support offered by the team here. Nothing is any trouble for them - from set up, to ongoing / ad hoc questions I have, they are incredibly responsive and provide very detailed instructions (along with helpful screenshots - ideal for a technophobe like me). I also really appreciate their willingness to work with smaller stores like mine. The app was easy to set up and they offered plenty of help with this. Since then, the subscription feature has brought in additional sales for me so I'm really pleased. Amazing team to work with. Always going the extra mile. I own a subscription based business and spent 5 years and $500,000 on my first website full custom build. The day came when I met the easysubs team and they changed everything. I scrapped the old site and allowed them to build me a site that put the other site to shame. The build a box feature has been a hit with our customers, and the self-service portal means way fewer "how do I pause my order" emails landing in our inbox.
