Mit easyHermes ist der Versand mit Hermes endlich unkompliziert. Die App spart mir jede Menge Zeit und läuft zuverlässig, die Funktionen decken genau das ab, was man im Shop-Alltag braucht. Wenn es doch einmal irgendwo hakt, meldet sich der Support schnell und kümmert sich freundlich um eine Lösung. Ein richtig guter Service und eine klare Empfehlung für jeden Shop, der Hermes nutzt!
Die ersten Tests waren sehr zufriedenstellend und bisher bin ich wirklich sehr zufrieden. Ich hoffe, dass die Entwickler weiterhin daran arbeiten und das Ganze in Zukunft noch weiter verbessern. Für meine Bedürfnisse funktioniert bisher alles, was ich benötige, und ich bin mit dem aktuellen Stand sehr zufrieden.
Die App Integration hat super funktioniert, auch ein Wunsch zur Anpassung wurde schnell umgesetzt. Die Tutorials sind sehr verständlich und hilfreich. Wir sind sehr zufrieden!
