Excellent support from Roman... Solves a significant issue for us to convert complex shopping carts with lots of options (via Globo Product Options) into Draft Orders. Brilliant!

As a B2B store, we use Qteedy so our customers can easily create quotes from their shopping cart. We had questions for support about adding shipping calculations and they responded quickly with a guide! Great app and great support, I highly recommend them.

Roman is amazing. He responds to all of my emails and fixes all of my issues. Highly recommend this app!

**Review update: 4/2/2026: I have been using Qteedy and working with Roman for 5 years now. Yesterday we had a technical glitch - Roman collaborated on our shopify and fixed the problem within the day. Cannot recommend their tech support services enough.

The app is great and the support is always very helpful. The devs are always very open to extra function requests and the app is now a main one for my store. As I do with all the apps I suggest an automated alert when there are some server issues so merchants will be able to pause the app and act until the issue is solved. This happen to me only once, so not a big deal, but I believe some sort of immediate email notification could be very helpful and bring the service to a next level (like Google, Hubspot and all the main softwares on demand)

Fantastic customer service and ability to request custom fields. Support team are very responsive and helpful. One of the only apps we could find that met our requirements and allowed the customer to generate their own quote in PDF from the cart and then lets us chose to creat a draft order straight from that quote :-) We have had great feedback from our customers already Thank you Qteedy

This app is flexible and easy to implement and we really enjoyed working with the developer. We highly recommend it! The more complex and expensive apps were not up to snuff, but this one checks out. We had over 20 emails with Roman (the dev) and he was responsive every time, and he implemented fixes and features that he was not obligated to do. Thanks Roman!

Great support - don't hesitate to reach out if you're having trouble with working out the code to enter to get it to work (some themes are different e.g. Dawn).
The app works well too (including the free version) - much better than others I've tried.

Great app! Needed something to let our customers create their own quote! Saves our sales team a bunch of time. Customer service rep Roman has been responsive and helpful in meeting our needs. Highly recommend!
