Die App ist dank der vielen Videoanleitung super einfach einzurichten. Die vielen Möglichkeiten zum personalisieren sind ebenfalls klasse. Der Preis ist fair und absolut gerechtfertigt.

Verbesserungsvorschlag: Die Seite "Kommentar für Kunden" auf Wusch, nur anzeigen, wenn bestimmte Rückgabegründe gewählt wurden (z. B. Defekt, Falschlieferung) – bei Standardgründen wie "Gefällt nicht" direkt überspringen. Das würde den Retourenflow verschlanken und gleichzeitig bei reklamationsrelevanten Fällen belastbare Infos sicherstellen.

Alles in allem ist die App aber wirklich sehr zu empfehlen und TOP!
