Sehr guter Support!
Wir hatten nach einem Shopify Update kleine Probleme mit der Erstellung der Retourenlabels von DHL.
Schnelle Hilfe, Problem ausfindig gemacht und behoben!

Nachtrag: Problem konnte nun doch vom Support gelöst werden. Danke DHL verlangt regelmäßige Kennwortänderung. Danach funktioniert Easy Return nicht mehr und ich finde nicht, wo das Passwort einzutragen ist. Support konnte auch nicht helfen. Außerdem ist der Preis happig, für das nur Daten ausgetauscht werden.
Das Kennwort kann unter Einstellungen->Rückverand->DHL geändert werden. Eure Support-Anfrage hatte bereits gestern bearbeitet und lösen können. Die regelmäßige Kennwortänderung ist eine Sicherheitsrichtlinie deiner DHL-Accounts, darauf haben wir keinen Einfluss. Für weiteres konnte ich euch telefonisch nicht erreichen. Nachtrag: Nachdem wir telefoniert haben konnten wir alle Probleme lösen. Auch zum Thema pricing bietet sich für Shops mit geringen Retouren der Plan für 9 USD an.
Seit über zwei Jahren nutzen wir easyReturns und sind absolut zufrieden. Die App integriert sich nahtlos in Shopify und erleichtert den Retourenprozess durch automatisierte Abläufe und ein anpassbares Retourenportal. Der Support ist zuverlässig und schnell erreichbar. Der Preis ist fair und wenn man unsicher ist, gibt es einen kostenlosen Test.

Die Funktion Umtausch funktioniert nicht- ich kann über Returns nur erstatten aber nicht umtauschen.
Leider öfters kleine Schwierigkeiten, dafür aber sehr schneller, guter Kundenservice.
