easy to use, good for small business like us

EasyReviews has been a great addition to our Shopify store. The setup was quick and straightforward, and we were able to start collecting and displaying customer reviews almost immediately. The app is easy to use, looks clean on our product pages, and has helped build trust with new customers.

Customers are reminded after a pre-selected number of days after delivery to leave us a review for their product and service. This has helped us with improving customer service and evaluating our shipping and delivery times. We also like having the option to review before posting to eliminate fake reviews and unfair reviews for shipping delays not caused by our company's policies. This helps our current and future customers have confidence in our products and service, things that help our standing in the online community that is constantly evaluated by Google, Yahoo and other search engines that now require customer reviews. We find this app adequate and efficient in all the areas we currently need with our online store.

I have been using this shopify app for a few months now and I love it. It is easy to use and extremely easy to install and navigate. The customer support was also helpful and responded quickly. Thank you for helping my small brand. Also as a small brand, I appreciate the free version to kick start my reviews.

Product works great! There are some features I wish it had, like the ability to have a rotating carousel on my home page with featured product reviews. However, it does the job well!
