My team and I absolutely ADORE easy scan! I particularly appreciate how CLEAN and user friendly the UI is, even when packed with features! I also have to say, this is probably one of the most reliably functional apps in the entirety of the Shopify App store. These guys see a gap or a function that merchants need and they make it happen! I would give more than 5 stars if I could!!! Any time we've reached out to their STELLAR support, we've had a more than timely response and, even better, support actually knows their stuff- which is not always the case with shopify apps. Charlie even made himself available to us out of normal hours when we had a technical snaffu, he really, truly cares about the user experience and success of their merchants!

Update, they added a new feature!! EasyScan now is integrated with Stocky, meaning we can print our product labels from Stocky POs without any additional manual data entry. If you don't know, Stocky is the Shopify Plus IMS, which unfortunately lacks a lot label printing functionalities, including compatibility with Zebra printers. My team has begun using this new feature for printing labels and I have heard nothing but positive feedback "it's working and printing perfectly. this is way easier and faster than how we usually do it" "works well. this is great for bigger invoices like ******* and ***"

I really can’t say enough good things about this app and Charlie’s customer service, but I will certainly try! From the moment that we decided to go with EasyScan, Charlie has been extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all our questions and requests to review things in more detail. Not only does he provide amazing customer support, but the app itself is simply fabulous. It addresses everything we need as a business, even the very specific scenarios and expectations we had just assumed we would need to find other workarounds for. It is full of customizations and very easy to navigate. It has by far been our best onboarding experience with a Shopify app. Charlie not only offers excellent solutions for everything we need but he is also always willing to jump on a call to review these solutions in detail to be sure we have a full understanding of what this app offers. It’s very clear that he’s been open to customer needs and feedback and is always willing to go the extra mile to make sure his service is meeting the needs of the customer. We couldn’t be happier with our choice of this app and the service we have received. We will absolutely recommend EasyScan to any business that is looking for similar functionality.
We are just getting started on our store and have run into some unique snags as our needs and industry are unique. I spoke with one of EasyScans' Projects Managers, his name is Charlie, and even though we were not able to find a short term solution for our problems he was very attentive and cared about our small store. He asked intuitive questions to make sure he was thorough and even talked about some potential future things that could help us out, along with sharing links to some things that we may be able to use as workarounds in the short term.
Charlie earned EasyScan 5 stars. I appreciate his work and look forward to continuing to work with EasyScan in the future while we find inventory solutions as we go.
