Een zeer goede app. Ik gebruik EasyScan nu bijna een half jaar en ben echt tevreden. De app is gebruiksvriendelijk en je kunt veel aanpassen naar je eigen wensen en manier van werken.

Waar ik vooral blij mee ben, is de klantenservice. Ik heb nu drie keer contact gehad en kreeg steeds binnen een paar uur reactie. Twee keer heb ik aangegeven dat ik graag iets aangepast wilde hebben. De eerste keer kwam er binnen een paar weken een update, en de tweede keer zelfs dezelfde dag nog. Haris, mijn complimenten!

Voor iedereen die een app zoekt om voorraadlocaties en orders makkelijk te beheren: zoek niet verder. Ze luisteren serieus naar feedback en proberen het ook echt mogelijk te maken.

Such an easy work flow. They make the process super simple to have scanning functionality in your warehouse helping minimize errors from our warehouse team. Charlie has been hands on through the whole onboarding process helping with whatever issues or questions I may have. Really happy I started using this app!

This app is super easy and user friendly. The best part is CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! I needed help and Charlie set up a Zoom meeting and in 10 minutes had my question / issue resolved. A real pro!!! I knew it was user error on my part but just could pin point it. Charlie over Zoom saw exactly what it was and helped me correct it. Above and beyond! I highly recommend this app. We use it for our clothing and accessories to barcode items that we sell and easily scan the items at POS for inventory control and sales. This is the easiest hence the name EasyScan!

Feature wise EasyScan seems to do what a lot of the larger companies have tried to quote us $100's of dollars a month. Customer service wise, I've always had super quick emailed answers and they've always solved any questions or concerns I've had with speed! We really love this app and what is has helped our business do!

We started using EasyScan about 18 months ago and it has made such a huge difference to not only our order fulfilment procedures but has improved customer satisfaction due to less stock discrepancies and incorrectly sent items.
