The customer service is excellent. I sent an email with an issue I was having with printing labels and they were extremely helpful with resolving my problem. Very pleased with this service.

Amazing App! As order numbers increased in our new store, we started to suffer with mis-picks that were costly in terms of reputation as well as having to pay additional shipping. As soon as we installed the EasyScan app, things literally changed overnight. We now have a scannable packing slip that we use to pick stock and then simply scan the postage label to auto-fill on Shopify. A definite recommendation from us!

We use this app to ensure we pack our orders accurately. Charlie and his team were very responsive to making a few formatting changes on the packing slip to accommodate us. They responded quickly and made the adjustments right away. EasyScan is exactly what we needed!

This app works great! And customer service is quick and very helpful. I had a few requests and the developers worked quickly to make it happen. Now it works pretty seamlessly with the system I have. I used it with a $20 scanner from Amazon and it works like a charm.

I use this app to scan all of our orders that come in and to help make sure we are pulling the correct items. We mainly do local delivery and I had to use yet another app just to print a packing slip that I could put on my boxes. I reached out to them and they made adjustments to customize the packing slip and added the delivery method. They have been amazing with service and responding to the needs that make our jobs just a little bit easier.

After facing a real issue with our operations that was mainly related to EasyScan. They reached us and worked closely and promptly until the issue we are facing is resolved. Many thanks to Charlie for his efforts, follow-up, and amazing support. Depending on EasyScan really improved our operations and our team is really depending on it in our daily operations.
